After 25 years at some of the most amazing companies in Silicon Valley ( Apple and Google), I thought I had leadership and sustainability all figured out. I was driving impressive results, building and managing great teams and climbing the corporate ladder. I was also a wife, a dedicated mother to two children and several pets, a daughter who took care of her aging parents, while managing supporting my family in Ukraine and having a broken heart by suffering about this terrible conflict between two countries that I used to call my home - Russia and Ukraine.

Despite the success in my career, I felt somewhat disconnected from my purpose and I kept watching talented, driven people around me feeling burn out. Not only after I’ve reached the breaking point, I realized what was missing. My breakdown in a hindsight was a break through, which made me realize how to bring together a lot of things I’ve learned during my career and personal development (taking a multitude of various courses well as reading dozens and dozens of books on psychology, self development, brain science etc). That’s when my journey took a pivot from absorbing knowledge and executing, to creating the SELF methodology focused on self mastery - a science backed approach to leadership that bridges personal fulfillment with professional performance and bringing it not only to corporations but anyone who is interested and ready to grow.
