How do I get started?

What happens in a Discovery Call?
We have 15 minutes to go over your questions and needs and determine the next steps.

Why some prices are listed and some are not?
Listed prices are for individual sessions and programs.
As for team/org workshops, the pricing will vary based on the number of participants and the delivery method - in person vs virtual.

Why some offerings are Series?
It means you will be receiving more than one session, as the content and flow is broken down into several sessions in order to cover all the necessary elements and provide time for integration and behavior change.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
Both.
If travel is required, there is a separate charge for travel expenses.

What if I am not sure what's right for me or I don't see what I need?
Schedule a free 15 min call and we can figure it out together.

What is the typical duration of the session or workshop?
Personal session varies from 45 min to 1 hour.
Team workshops are starting at 2.5 hours and can be up to 4 hours long (with multiple breaks).

What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
If no travel is involved, I request 24 hours cancellation/reschedule notice. Otherwise, there will be 50% charge.
If travel is involved, I request 48 hours notice PLUS the payment for any travel expenses that I scheduled and can’t cancel. Otherwise, there will be 50% charge PLUS travel expenses.

What are my payment options?

How far in advance should we book?
For customized workshops - minimum 4 weeks in advance.
For standard workshops - min of 2 weeks in advance.
For individual sessions - min 2 days in advance.

Do you provide follow-up support?
Yes.
On a case-by-case basis.
Also, when you book multiple services, you get a bundle discount.

How do you measure success/ results?
On a case-by-case basis. Together we determine what success looks like in your case and agree on the metrics/indicators. Then we measure it either qualitatively or vial qualitative feedback.
